Reiki sessions are conducted in a peaceful setting at my office in Mount Kisco, NY. The client is fully clothed with shoes off on a Reiki table. A typical session lasts about 40 minutes.

At the beginning of the session face up your physical body is lightly touched with various hand positions. You typically will feel a soothing warmth sensation while becoming gradually relaxed, sleepy and calmer.

After session you should feel relaxed, unexplainably light, refreshed and very content. In many cases clients experience diminished body aches and pains.

A series of at least 5 sessions to accumulate the benefits and accelerate this process are usually recommended.
